1. All design requests must be made 5-10 days in advance. All requests made under 5 days is subject to a $25 minimum rush fee.
2. Once a price has been agreed upon, any additions to the agreed terms of the design may be subject to additional charges.
3. Production process will begin once we have received all
content, (text, images, artwork…etc)
Note: Please verify that you (client) have authorization to utilize all submitted material. Dec3Designs, LLC is not responsible for the misuse of any content under royalties or copyright laws that is submitted by the client. We also have the right to refuse suspect material.
4. Any additional pictures added by our designers will result in a $30 fee for every 5 images.
5. Please verify that spelling and grammar are correct. We are not responsible for spelling and grammatical errors. If we make a any spelling or grammatical errors during the production process, it will be the responsibility of the client to send and approve corrections before sending the files to press.
6. Once the design is complete, we will send a view only sample of the finished product. The print-ready file will not be released until we receive a full payment for the services rendered.
7. After a design has been approved by the client, in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Any further additions and/or corrections are subject to additional charges.
8. All material (images, photographs, files, artwork etc.) given to the client is the property of Dec3Designs, LLC. All usage beyond the agreed terms for the respective project without our written consent is prohibited.
9. Dec3Designs, LLC does not perform in-house printing. Since our printing is outsourced, you (client) have the option of taking on the printing responsibilities, or you may allow us to find a printer and deliver the prints to you. At which point, we are not responsible for any shortcomings or delays in the printing process. (Client will be notified of which printing company is being used and their contact information)
10. Absolutely no designs are produced until both parties (company and client) have agreed upon a price, and all content has been submitted
11. In the event that you (client) decide not to continue
with a design project all ready in progress, you will be responsible
to pay a $75 cancellation fee. If the project total is over
$500, then the client will be responsible for 30% of the final
price.

12. Upon completion of projects, if the balance is not paid
within 7 days a minimum fee of $20 will be added to the remaining
balance for every week overdue.
13. Any scheduled meetings, canceled by clients, within less
than 24 hours of notice, will be charged a $25 cancellation
fee.
